About The Position

Len - Tex Corporation is hiring a full-time, onsite Material Handler in North Walpole, NH. The role supports production by keeping materials moving and ensuring teams have the supplies they need. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm, with pay of $18–$20 per hour.

The work involves receiving, labeling, storing, picking, staging, and safely moving materials, as well as tracking inventory and completing basic paperwork or system entries. The employee will coordinate with teammates on priorities, move between staging areas, racks, and production zones, update material locations or quantities, adapt as orders change, and reset the work area at the end of the shift.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials and remain on one's feet during the shift.
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Basic math skills and clear communication.
• Willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and put away incoming materials.
• Pick and stage parts for production and shipping.
• Move product safely using appropriate equipment.
• Track inventory and complete basic paperwork or system entries.
• Keep storage areas organized and follow safety requirements.
• Coordinate with teammates on priorities and confirm counts and timing.
• Update material locations or quantities and adjust focus as orders change.
• Reset the area at the end of the shift.
