This position will provide support to all material handling, inventory, and shipping and receiving needs.

Requirements

• Previous stand-up forklift, hand truck or stacker experience, required.
• Ability to complete forklift training and certification.
• Proficiency in Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds with or without assistance
• Frequently required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must use hands and fingers for data entry, lifting and/or carrying.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus

Nice To Haves

• Previous material handling and shipping & receiving experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
• Moving material throughout the plant
• Conduct inventory research and analysis
• Interface with all departments and levels of management
• Driving company owned vehicles to pick up and deliver productive and/or maintenance material, while following procedures for documenting expenditures and delivering materials to the proper departments
• Operating overhead crane and unloading steel trucks
