About The Position

We are looking to hire a Material Handler to join our dedicated team at our Racine facility. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to the handling of stock and materials, including receiving, processing, picking, filling, packing, and shipping orders, as well as managing and organizing inventory. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical movement, possess problem-solving skills, and be a reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
• Picking and filling orders from stock
• Packing and shipping orders
• Managing, organizing, and retrieving stock
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 70 pounds
• Operating machinery, including forklift, and monitoring product levels
• Fulfilling customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Managing inventory per manifests for delivery drivers
• Adhering to safety codes and conduct
• Loading and unloading materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves
• Providing attention to detail, especially with paperwork
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Working well with a team
