Pay: $19.00 per hour - $22.00 per hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • Forklift or powered industrial truck experience preferred (certification required or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
  • Basic math, reading, and documentation skills
  • Experience with inventory systems or scanners a plus
  • Manufacturing plant or production facility

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials and components
  • Transport materials to production lines, work cells, or storage areas according to production schedules
  • Load, unload, and stage materials using pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (as certified)
  • Remove finished goods, scrap, and recyclable materials from production areas
  • Accurately label, scan, and track materials using inventory or manufacturing systems
  • Perform routine material counts and assist with cycle counts as needed
  • Maintain organized, clean, and safe material storage and staging areas
  • Follow all manufacturing safety requirements, including lockout/tagout awareness, PPE use, and proper lifting techniques
  • Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate material shortages, damages, or delays to supervisors and production teams
  • Comply with all quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
