About The Position

Selects, counts, weighs, checks, records, and delivers materials under general supervision, following Material Department procedures. The role supports manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities through routine, well-defined tasks performed according to established standards and instructions. Work is closely supervised and requires limited job knowledge and little to no prior experience.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow basic work routines, standards, and established procedures.
• Ability to check data and information and troubleshoot minor changes when needed.

Responsibilities

• Select, count, and deliver materials to manufacturing or shipping areas in accordance with Material Department procedures.
• Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed.
• Assist with checking in and storing materials received from manufacturing and receiving areas as needed.
• Check in and receive deliveries into the receiving area as required.
• Inspect and verify incoming deliveries for correct address, number of packages, and condition; note discrepancies on paperwork before signing.
