We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Material Handler to support our Purchasing, Sales, and Production teams. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping materials moving, inventory accurate, and production running smoothly. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory
• Pick and pull job kits to support production needs
• Audit material kits and log discrepancies
• Operate barcode scanners and maintain accurate inventory records
• Manage moisture-sensitive components using controlled storage/ovens
• Support stockroom organization and material flow
• Follow quality standards and internal procedures
• Participate in Lean and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members and communicate issues proactively
