About The Position

The Material Handler will support material movement, receiving, inventory control, storage, and internal material requests in a fast-paced onsite Supply Chain environment. This position works closely with laboratory staff and other internal teams to ensure materials are accurately received, stored, retrieved, and delivered.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of material handling experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to rapid change, handle multiple responsibilities, and work under pressure
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and stand at least 50% of the time
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems, including SAP EWM
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Verifying shipment accuracy
• Completing receiving transactions in the ERP system
• Stocking materials
• Performing cycle counts
• Managing lot-controlled and time- or temperature-sensitive materials
• Supporting Raw Material Requests
• Maintaining material storage requirements
• Assisting delivery personnel with loading and unloading
