About The Position

We are looking for a talented Material Handler to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN. Job Summary: Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you’ll help maintain a safe work environment. Report Incidents: Promptly reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will contribute to a proactive safety culture. Compliance: Adhering to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations ensures that all safety and environmental guidelines are met. Requirements

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc.) and/or other heavy machinery.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
At least 2 years driving forklift experience/ working experience as a PIV driver.
Able to work in a warehouse environment.
Able to lift up to 15kgs.
Able to read and write simple English.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Experience in handling in RF gun scanners.
