About The Position

HSP US is rapidly expanding as we establish a world‑class manufacturing and operations hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. As we scale, we are building high performance materials, logistics, and warehouse functions to support advanced production operations, inventory accuracy, and the efficient flow of goods throughout the plant. We are hiring a Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations, production material flow, and shipping/receiving activities. This role is essential to ensure that raw materials, components, and finished goods move accurately, safely, and efficiently as we prepare for our Grand Opening and transition into full‑scale production. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or manufacturing
  • Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment with evolving priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
  • SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials; verify quantities and documentation
  • Move, stage, and deliver materials to production lines based on schedules and work orders
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and documentation
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Support kitting, line‑side replenishment, and material preparation activities
  • Organize warehouse storage locations to ensure efficient material flow
  • Handle hazardous or sensitive materials in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain 5S standards and a clean, safe warehouse environment
  • Collaborating with Production, Quality, and Logistics to resolve material issues
  • Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures
