About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft suite
  • Forklift certified
  • Ability to diagnose and correct errors in a timely manner
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and dependability
  • Promotes company values and leads by example in attitude, conduct, safety, quality, and motivation
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Unload materials from trucks, rail cars, and flatbeds.
  • Assemble and prepare shipping containers, apply labels, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Deliver products to production lines or loading areas.
  • Oversee Framing and Finish pack shipping and loading.
  • Perform cycle counts and spot checks.
  • Ensure accurate storage of materials and products.
  • Reduce scrap materials through return policy compliance.
  • Maintain a 97% inventory accuracy rate.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify accuracy of all incoming products.
  • Ensure materials meet quality and safety standards before storage or delivery.
  • Work closely with production lines and managers to support workflow.
  • Promote high standards of customer service.
  • Communicate errors, discrepancies, or needs in a timely manner.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote company values by leading through conduct, attitude, and motivation.
