About The Position

EMS Solutions in Ogden Utah is looking for a Material Handling Specialist to help keep our warehouse and production operations running smoothly. This role is a mix of shipping, receiving, inventory movement, kitting, and supporting production teams - basically, you're one of the people making sure the entire operation stays on track.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling is a plus
• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, organized, and able to stay productive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is great, but we're willing to train the right person

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming materials and verifying shipments
• Labeling, organizing, and entering inventory into our system
• Picking, staging, and moving materials for production
• Preparing and shipping outbound customer orders
• Creating packing slips and shipping labels
• Helping maintain inventory accuracy and organized storage areas
• Supporting production teams with parts, kits, and materials
• Operating forklifts and material handling equipment (or learning how)
• Keeping things clean, safe, and organized
