About The Position

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates for their Aurora, CO Distribution Center. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while working with top pet brands in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team that delivers products to keep pets happy and healthy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse experience working with a pallet jack/order picker
• Experience working in a production or goal-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to meet performance targets and work under deadlines
• Basic math and reading skills (English)
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
• A strong focus on safety and teamwork

Nice To Haves

• RF scanner and forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, production environment with clear hourly goals
• Use voice and/or pick tickets to accurately select products with a cherry picker
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipment
• Inspect products to ensure top quality for our customers
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices
• Unload, check, and route incoming materials; report damages or shortages
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as applicable)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
