As a Material Handler you will load, unload, prepare, and move materials, stack finished product in the proper locations, and perform various functions in each area of material handling as assigned. You will maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures including but not limited to, GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S. You will load and unload materials and product from trucks, rotate inventory and maintain accurate inventories and required inventory records. You will transport materials and product from storage or work sites to designated areas, maintain internal and external warehouse inventories and supplies, and complete all shipping and receiving record keeping, tagging, and documentation. You will utilize and coordinate warehouse racking and space to maximum efficiency, read and comprehend production worksheets, and keep work area neat, clean, and organized at all times. You will make productive use of down time, attend various mandatory safety and departmental meetings, and be able to rotate into all positions on the line. You will box and palletize boxes according to instructions, ensuring accurate counts and proper identification.
