About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This role operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring the use of industrial vehicles like forklifts and picker equipment. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 2pm-10:30pm, with potential for overtime and Saturday rotations based on business needs. Team members are expected to consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, with specific procedures for handling heavier items like commercial tires. Comfort working at heights up to 25 feet is necessary. The position emphasizes a strong culture of safety and adherence to all policies and procedures. Depending on business needs, assistance may be provided to other departments such as e-commerce, inventory, and will call.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
  • Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
  • Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Be on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments as needed, such as e-commerce, inventory, and will call.
  • Perform other job-related tasks and follow job-related instructions from supervisors, subject to reasonable accommodations.
