As a Material Handler, you are the backbone of our operations, ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency with computer applications.
- Ability to maintain focus and energy in a high-speed warehouse with shifting priorities.
- A collaborative mindset—willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker.
- A commitment to safety as a core value for yourself and your team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Oracle.
Responsibilities
- Safely move materials between receiving, manufacturing, and shipping areas.
- Use our Inventory Management System (Oracle) to document material movement and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks while verifying materials against shipping documents to ensure "zero-defect" accuracy.
- Maintain rack inventories, support 5S housekeeping, and lead recycling efforts to ensure a safe, productive environment.
