About The Position

Temp Staff Management Group is seeking reliable and hardworking Material Handlers to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves picking and packing clothing items, scanning products, performing quality inspections, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Requirements

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light items throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Flexible and available to work any assigned shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Pick clothing items according to order requirements
• Pack merchandise securely and accurately for shipment
• Scan products using handheld scanners to track inventory and orders
• Perform Quality Control (QC) inspections to verify accuracy and identify defects
• Organize, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse labor and operational tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
