About The Position

As a Material Handler at New Flyer, you will manage inventory and help ensure efficient operations within the production environment. The role involves receiving, storing, and moving materials to support manufacturing processes, maintaining safety standards, optimizing inventory flow, and supporting assembly technicians in their daily tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (1st shift).

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to safety and the ability to recognize and mitigate hazards.
• A solid, up-to-date, and consistent work history is strongly desired.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift, warehouse, inventory control, and/or equipment operating experience is strongly preferred.
