About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring an experienced Warehouse Material Handler for a growing manufacturing operation in Irving, Texas. This is a hands-on role supporting warehouse and production operations by moving materials safely and efficiently. The position pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM. Candidates should be dependable, maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, and be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Prior material-handling experience.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and distribute materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Support the receiving, storage, organization, and movement of inventory.
• Safely handle materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Follow established material-handling and workplace-safety procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet daily operational goals.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
