About The Position

Responsible for the movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems. This role is key to keeping operations running smoothly—from stocking and packing to loading, unloading, and operating machinery. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous forklift experience (required)
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Basic math skills
A safety-first mindset and attention to detail
Ability to read and write in English

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move and stock materials accurately.
Load and unload trucks—verifying contents match shipping documents.
Keep your area clean and organized.
Conduct daily forklift inspections and report issues.
Follow all safety, ISO, and 6S standards.
Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Safely sort material secured on sleds/platforms by route/destination.
Safely build platforms/sleds with material arranged and strapped down by location.
Coordinate all sorting and staging activities based on incoming and outgoing truck schedules.
Use RF scanners to scan all material being unloaded and located by truck.
