About The Position

Monitor workflow. Maintain work for operators by keeping work pushed up to the operator and supplies (thread, pockets, etc.) at the operator’s workstations. Keep bundles in proper order throughout the department. Awareness of inventory control in department.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Must be able to stand for duration of shift and be able to lift heavy bundles up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Assist supervisor in maintaining even workflow throughout the department.
Push finished work to the next workstation.
Keep supplies and small parts organized around and within the department.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor or manager.
Be able to multitask.
Maintain a clean working environment free of safety hazards and comply with all policies and procedures.
Strive for perfect attendance. Ensure attendance points do not exceed those allowed in the attendance policy.
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with leaders and peers.
Maintain a positive outlook and a high level of enthusiasm.
Perform other duties as assigned.
