About The Position

The Material Handler is responsible for the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. This person contributes to maintaining and supplying production areas with raw materials to meet customer and production needs. Additionally, the Material Handler will conduct data entry into automated systems to maintain inventory control records, produce shipping information, and order materials. They will apply functional knowledge of mechanical equipment to move, pick, and pack orders.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
Willingness to be fully on-site in the Glasgow, KY office.
Must be available to work flexible hours, which may include overtime, weekends, or a staggered shift as needed, in order to support warehouse operations.
High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with forklifts.
Previous experience with warehouse shipping/receiving.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Basic math and computer literacy for inventory tracking.
Clear communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
