About The Position

The Material Handler is responsible for various tasks related to production scheduling, quality control, machine operation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires communication with supervisors, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing communication with department supervisor to meet daily production scheduling.
• Perform quality check process by measuring material and ensuring it matches the specification on each label.
• Operate bale machine.
• Wrap, seal, and label form according to customer specifications and customer quantities.
• Help perform routine simple maintenance on machinery.
• Use air blowgun for housekeeping purposes.
• Ensure work area is clean and orderly by disposing of departmental waste.
• Follow safety rules.
