About The Position
EMS Solutions in Ogden, Utah is looking for a Material Handling Specialist to help keep our warehouse and production operations running smoothly. You'll work with shipping, receiving, inventory, kitting, and production support-helping make sure materials are in the right place at the right time.
Requirements
- Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
- Basic computer and inventory system skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience is a plus, but we're willing to train
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming materials and shipments
- Label, organize, and enter inventory into the system
- Pick, stage, and move materials for production
- Prepare and ship customer orders
- Create packing slips and shipping labels
- Assist with inventory counts, kitting, and restocking
- Keep materials and storage areas clean and organized
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
