About The Position

This role involves fulfilling distribution and inventory cycle count functions within the warehouse to service the customer. You will perform tasks associated with the receipt, storage, inventory cycle count, and shipment of product, while meeting productivity, quality, safety, business conduct, and attendance expectations. Effectively and efficiently use established procedures, tools, equipment, and technologies to complete transactions related to inbound and outbound processes within a distribution center. Safely perform assigned warehouse functions utilizing established processes, procedures, and tools, while meeting performance expectations for productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.

Requirements

• 6-12 Months of Warehouse Experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Unloading, put-away, sorting, labeling, picking, packing, replenishing, cycle count, auditing, shipping, making boxes, etc.
• Verification of inventory quantities and condition at pick locations or stock locations within the warehouse.
• Count and account for shortages, mis-picks and credits.
• Research inventory variances as part of the Cycle Count Audit Program.
• Report inventory discrepancies of his/her findings or any inventory related variance to the Inventory Manager.
• Comply with policies, guidelines and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements in the storage, handling and movement of product.
• Perform necessary housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
