Requirements

  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude including ability to use hand tools
  • Applies general math skills including fractions, decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to speak distinctly and see and hear clearly
  • Adhere to safety procedures consistent with the use of hand and power tools
  • Job duties are often performed in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions and/or in high places.
  • Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds is required.
  • May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing.
  • Continually required to stand.
  • Frequently required to sit.
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
  • Frequently required to work in confined spaces.
  • Continually required to walk- up to 2 miles per day.
  • Continually required to talk or hear.
  • Continually required to perform repetitive tasks
  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
  • Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts
  • Occasionally work in high, precarious places.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 30 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision; Distance vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection

Nice To Haves

  • Previous semiconductor experience is preferred but not required
  • Familiar with SAP inventory management a plus

Responsibilities

  • Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment
  • Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items
  • Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines
  • Manages storage requests for special projects/shipments
  • Review and respond to email requests for material.
  • Update inventory sheets.
  • Track material that is issued or returned.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient with basic email software.
  • File signed pack slips.
  • Issue material from storage locations to customers.
  • Restock material as needed.
  • Verify part numbers and ensure accuracy of material and data.
