About The Position

Marvin is hiring a Material Handler to support the movement of materials and help deliver high-quality products to customers on time. The role supports daily warehouse operations, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Work takes place in a clean, brightly lit, climate-controlled facility. The position is based in Warroad, Minnesota; a $5,000 relocation bonus is offered after relocating, but housing is not provided. Pay starts at $20.75 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Health benefits begin on the first day of employment, and the role includes paid time off and a built-in pay raise after six months.

Requirements

Ability to remain on your feet and move throughout an 8–10-hour shift.
Ability to perform repetitive motions involving the hands, wrists, and arms.
Ability to safely lift, pull, and push items weighing up to 100 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a warehouse or shipping environment.
Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory software.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks by hand accurately and carefully; forklifts are not required.
Use scanners and computer systems such as ICIM to track materials and shipments.
Read and interpret customer orders and shipping labels to ensure correct delivery.
Inspect materials for quality and accuracy according to established guidelines.
Support day-to-day warehouse operations while maintaining accuracy, safety, and collaboration.
