About The Position
Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse. Puts away goods received into the warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
Requirements
- High school education or GED equivalent.
- Experience in a related materials handling position within a warehouse/distribution environment.
- Familiarity with computerized manufacturing systems related to material control practices, configuration, engineering change systems, and production process flows.
