About The Position

Perform general warehouse duties to meet the needs of internal and external customers. This role involves loading and unloading materials, picking orders, stocking parts, assisting with shipping and receiving, driving/staging trucks, participating in cycle counts and lean initiatives, maintaining a clean work area, and operating in conjunction with organizational goals. Safety is paramount, and adherence to all safety rules, work practices, and standard operating procedures is required. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

Knowledge of warehouse procedures and practices.
Basic math and computer skills.
The ability to collaborate with a multi-department team.
Routinely pick up and move heavy objects.
Frequent work in warehouse, internal and external in all-weather elements.
Must be able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE).

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience as a Warehouse/Receiving Associate.
Manufacturing industry or background experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Load & unload materials to and from designated areas such as racks, shelves, and/or vehicles.
Pull and Pick orders for any type of pick ticket.
Stock all parts received by receiving agents.
Assist in shipping and receiving administration as needed.
Driving and/or staging trucks.
Participate in cycle counts.
Participate in 5S and LEAN initiatives.
Assist to maintain a clean & orderly work area.
Operate in conjunction with the organizational goals of the warehouse.
Follow all safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
Other duties as assigned by management (may be assigned at any time).
