About The Position

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to move raw materials, product components, and finished goods to their assigned locations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production processes. The Material Handler will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, operating various equipment, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. This is an entry-level position with a starting hourly pay rate of $17.50.

1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication setting

Responsibilities

Move raw materials, components, and finished goods to their assigned locations and set up, if required.
Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification and suitability for storage/equipment.
Load inbound and outbound freight, as needed.
Ensure product/product locators are processed into SAP correctly.
Operate equipment, such as forklift, shrink-wrap machine, bander, crane, jib crane, etc.
Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
Contribute to safe and clean work environment.
Contributes to team effort.
Ability to learn and determine material size and gauge.
Other duties as assigned.
