Material Handler/ Cherry Picker Operator
About The Position
The Material Handler is responsible for loading and unloading product shipments between trucks and the shipping/receiving platform, picking, putting away, and counting products in case or pallet quantities, and using an RF scanner and/or pick label to verify items, quantities, and locations. The role also operates multiple types of motorized equipment safely and properly. The position is at the Wasserstrom Company’s Distribution Center in Phoenix, Arizona. First-shift start times are 4 a.m., 6 a.m., and 11 a.m. Full-time and part-time shifts are available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with Saturdays required when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of previous forklift experience; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
