The Material Handler role is an on-site position where the individual will be responsible for maintaining inventory identification and locations, delivering items to the production line, operating a forklift, and unloading trucks and racks. This role is crucial for supporting the production process and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Data entry and computer skills required.
Must successfully complete forklift training.

Nice To Haves

1-3 years related experience preferred.
MRP/ERP (Fourthshift) preferred.

Comply with workplace safety procedure.
Regular and reliable attendance, which includes punctuality and working scheduled overtime, is necessary to meet our commitment to provide quality products and service to our customer.
Maintain inventory identification and locations.
Correct and transfer items in the MRP system.
Move received items from dock to assigned inventory locations.
Label and move rejected items to the non-conforming skids to QA office.
Use restocking list or answer production request to deliver items to the production line.
Inspect product to ensure they are correct before delivering to production.
Maintain open communication with team members.
Work to help other team members as needed.
Complete material/inventory investigations to ensure accurate physical and system representation.
Maintain and complete Standard Work and documentation to track task accomplishment.
Other duties as assigned.
