Requirements

• High school or equivalent education
• Warehouse or factory experience preferred
• Computer skills desired
• at least 1 YEAR of previous forklift experience required.
• VALID Driver’s license required
• Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal personnel and external carriers.
• Ability to read, comprehend and write simple correspondence, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers or fellow employees.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to compute ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

Nice To Haves

• 3 or more years preferred (forklift experience)

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials within plant.
• Prepares make-ready pallets for Converting, Slitting, Press, and Laminating operations.
• Preparing finished goods for storage.
• Maintaining the warehouse.
