About The Position

We are seeking a Material Handler for Outbound to join our Shipping team. The Material Handler plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflow and performing that work related to shipment of products, parts, and materials. Merge and prepare parcels and LTL pallet load according to delivery or routing documents, or supervisor instructions. May operate a hand truck, forklift, or other heavy equipment as required. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to supporting a high‑performance environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Able to interpret, understand, follow, and communicate instructions.
hands‑on knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (D365 experience strongly preferred).
Ability to work weekends and extended periods of time when needed.
Strong ability to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to effectively communicate with warehouse teams and supervisors.

Nice To Haves

Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure Continuous Flow of LTL Outbound Shipments with an on-time readiness goal of 98% by accurately labeling, picking, and staging LTL orders.
Successfully complete cross-training in multiple functional areas (e.g., picking, staging, loading, receiving) in order to support operational needs within 90 days.
Maintain quality standards by building pallets according to standard guidelines for stability, weight distribution, and protection in order to prevent mis-picks and errors.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S expectations (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in order to reduce risk of errors and product damage on a daily basis.
