About The Position

At JGM, Material Handlers are the heartbeat of our operation—keeping steel moving, teams working, and projects on track. If you’ve worked in a warehouse, construction site, or any hands-on role, this is your chance to step into a high-impact career. This is a 2nd shift opportunity (Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am) with training from 5am-3:30pm.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, construction, or hands-on work
• Comfort with physical work (lifting, moving, working outdoors)
• Ability to work independently on 2nd shift while staying aligned with the team
• Strong awareness of production flow and how to support machine operators
• Safety-first mindset and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn equipment and grow your skills

Responsibilities

• Move structural steel and materials across the yard and shop
• Load/unload trucks using forklifts, cranes, and equipment
• Organize, tag, and track materials for production
• Support machine operators by staging materials and keeping workflows moving
• Perform basic equipment checks and keep operations running smoothly
