About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for the movement, handling, storage, and organization of materials and finished products throughout our facility. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers hands-on training and an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills within a manufacturing and production setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Entry-level position; no previous experience required.
- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Safely handle, move, lift, carry, and stack raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.
- Operate both motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment, including equipment requiring specialized training and certification.
- Ensure materials are transported efficiently to support production and operational goals.
- Follow established procedures and work instructions to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Learn and apply operational processes through on-the-job training provided by supervisors and experienced team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Attend required safety meetings and training sessions.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve workplace safety and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
