About The Position

As a Material Handler at GXO, you will help provide supply chain solutions for customers by performing inbound receiving processes and supporting accurate, high-quality warehouse operations. You will use a handheld scanner, follow the 7S program, maintain a clean work environment, and demonstrate a commitment to process excellence and the Supply Chain quality policy. The role is scheduled for the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with availability to work overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and more than 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
