About The Position

Ababa Bolt, an Industrial Threaded Products company, is seeking a Material Handler to join the 2nd Shift Warehouse team. The position is Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM. This role involves processing orders, accurately counting, packaging, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipping, as well as counting and packaging shelf-ready products. The Material Handler will use Business Edge software to track inventory and customer orders, operate a forklift to unload trucks and assist with product put away, and restock supplies while cleaning the station nightly. Assistance with nightly duties as directed by the lead is also expected. ITP is ADA compliant and welcomes requests for accommodations.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry out regular and repetitive lifting (ranging in weight up to 50lbs).
• Ability to carry out for most of the day standing, twisting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
• Strong phone/tablet/technology skills
• Strong in-person communication skills
• A can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail/levels of accuracy
• Ability to pre-empt, identify, and meet customer needs and requirements
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent time management skills
