About The Position

This opportunity is for SPX Technologies' Electric Heat business, a leader in electric heating and ventilation solutions. As a Material Handler, you will utilize equipment to provide material and parts to support production needs. SPX Technologies builds innovative solutions that enable a safer, more efficient, sustainable world through its HVAC and Detection and Measurement platforms.

Requirements

• One to three months related experience and/or training

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift experience and certifications
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Responsibilities

• Stock part bins
• Set up layout carts
• Unload sheet metal & lumber
• Put away miscellaneous parts & elements
• Assist in shipping as needed
• Remove empty pallets, crates & boxes from production floor
• Empty trash, sweep
• Assist in keeping production areas clean & tidy
