About The Position

Ascentec Engineering is seeking a Material Handler for its onsite Tualatin headquarters. The company has a growing, state-of-the-art temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. The role supports material receiving, inventory management, internal deliveries, product cleaning and packaging, and shipping coordination. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. A valid driver’s license is required to drive the company box truck. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials into stock.
• Pick materials and deliver them to upstream and downstream internal customers and departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and records in a computer system.
• Perform cycle counts and end-of-month inventory.
• Coordinate with staff to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment.
• Final clean and package a wide variety of products.
• Prepare shipping paperwork using EpiCor and UPS and FedEx websites.
• Verify incoming shipments.
• Arrange occasional LTL and same-day shipments.
• Provide backup for local pickup and delivery.
