Requirements

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Inventory management experience
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred
  • Experience using SAP for shipping, inventory, delivery, or warehouse transactions.
  • Experience using third-party shipping systems such as FedEx, UPS, or similar carrier platforms.
  • Comfortable working with computers, scanners, and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
  • Ability to identify and resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous induction or check-in experience is a plus.
  • Forklift or other material-handling equipment certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

  • Process customer and internal shipments accurately through SAP and third-party shipping systems such as FedEx.
  • Enter and verify shipment information, including order numbers, quantities, addresses, carrier information, and tracking details.
  • Generate shipping labels, shipment documentation, and required system transactions.
  • Process deliveries and inventory movements in SAP.
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers and internal departments
  • Check in and process incoming packages through the induction area.
  • Scan, identify, and route parts to the appropriate location or processing area.
  • Support daily shipping and receiving operations as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety, security, and shipping procedures.
