About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Material Handler - Warehouse - 2nd Shift to join our team on Badger Dr. in Waukesha, WI! The hourly rate for this position is $21.45 + $2.50 shift differential. The core hours are 3 pm - 11 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This position is offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000, paid in two installments, less applicable withholding. Bonuses are being offered for a limited time only. Applications must be submitted on or after January 1st, 2026 to qualify. Bonuses are only applicable to specific job types and shifts; additional terms and conditions may apply. Associates must be employed at the time of the payout.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of previous experience operating a forklift.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 LBS; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Experience in the safe operation of various types of material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver finished fabricated parts from fabrication area or the e-coat lines to the shipping dock and fills out necessary paperwork
  • Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound material.
  • Complete shipment paperwork and SAP transactions for inbound and outbound material
  • Move pallets of in-process work to where they are accessible to other customers
  • Keep department provided with pallets and disposed of unusable pallets
  • Put parts away in storage racks or floor locations
  • Dispose of scrap materials to designated scrap locations within the plant
  • Locate material with proper identification attached and turn receiving paperwork into office
  • Receive, locate, and ship parts daily to assure proper customer service commitments are maintained
  • Completed Other duties may be assigned as needed by a Team Lead or Supervisor.
