Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a Material Handler - Utility 3 on 1st Shift. Overtime is available as needed. Job Location: Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology. Job Summary: Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing or materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certified. Will train and provide classes if not already certified.
• One to two years of experience preferred.
• Must be able to learn how to Build and perform Cycle Counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Must be able to put away Materials with RF scan gun after received and released from QI. (QC hold).
• Must be able Put away, Bin to Bin, Reverse consumption materials to fix inventory.
• Must be able to Load out scrap materials onto a Scrap Trailer and document proper weights and description of materials for scrapping Documents.
• Must be able to Drive the Shuttle Truck. (Backup purposes)
• Must be able to perform Receiving Duties. (Backup Purposes)
• Must be able to run the sweeper.
• This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

• Checking inventory via Cycle Counts.
• Build and perform Cycle Counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Bin to Bin Materials to correct locations.
• Performing reverse consumptions.
• Maintaining a clean and organized Warehouse.
• Lifts heavy items and operate a forklift.
• Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods (for back up purposes).
• Runs the Local Shuttle (for back up purposes).
• Other duties assigned by Warehouse Manager
