About The Position

This is a working lead position where you will lead and direct the Materials team. You will be responsible for pulling orders daily for production per backlog in SAP, establishing targets and goals for completion of daily production orders, and overseeing the work of others to ensure production orders are pulled and processed correctly. You will also train existing and new employees, coordinate with other teams to ensure production orders are properly communicated and executed daily, and complete tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor. Key priorities include ensuring the production line has the necessary parts for assembly, monitoring warehouse inventories for accuracy, maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring all materials entering the warehouse are properly put away and located in SAP. This role requires constant attention to detail and a safety-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct the Materials team.
Assign and re-assign tasks as necessary.
Pull orders daily for production per backlog in SAP.
Establish targets and goals for completion of daily production orders.
Oversee work of others to ensure that the production orders are pulled and processed correctly.
Train existing and new employees, as needed.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure production orders are properly communicated and executed daily.
Complete tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Ensure Production line has needed parts to properly assemble orders.
Monitor Warehouse inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
Ensure work areas are cleaned the last 5 minutes of the day.
Ensure all materials entering warehouse are properly put away and located in SAP.
