About The Position

Recycling Management Resources (RMR) is seeking a Full Time Plant Laborer for our Haw River, NC plant. The Laborer is responsible for supporting plant operations in a safe and effective manner while maintaining the production floor. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties: Performing manual material separation for processing, Removing non-compliant materials during the sorting process, Handling and storage of incoming materials in the appropriate area of the plant, General plant housekeeping inside and outside the building, Reporting equipment issues to supervisor/maintenance staff.

Requirements

• 0-2 years’ experience in an industrial environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• High awareness to safety at all times
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate equipment properly and safely
• Strict adherence to OSHA and company policies.
