  • Ability to operate heavy machinery. (Fork Lifts, tractors, etc..)
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check

Responsibilities

  • Hires, coaches, reviews, trains and oversees the control ops, and cycle counters across multiple sites
  • Receive, organize, and track all consumable inventory
  • Manages all aspects of purchase request and closing out received goods in SAP
  • Ensures the Open Order report is maintained
  • Coordinates with Site Administrators, Control ops supervisors, to ensure proper coverage at each site
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area/equipment and update supplies as needed
  • Manage the receiving and processing of material orders daily, including accepting deliveries, labeling them and distributing packages and letters internally
  • SAP/Inventory System tracking and updating
  • Keep records of goods that have been received, preparing regular inventory reports for the site manager
  • Work with planning and scheduling to maintain minimum/maximum inventory thresholds for daily-use items. Alert Site leadership when items drop below set levels
  • Oversees, organizes and coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory processes
  • Coaching/Training/Mentoring control ops, and cycle counters across multiple sites
  • Establish and maintain procedures and supervise physical inventories
  • Supervise, evaluate, and coach staff members
  • Ability to collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs, purchase supplies and materials according to specifications and coordinate and supervise receiving procedures
  • Interfaces with coordinators on planning and forecasting to meet the needs of market demand
  • Ensures that the company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all materials department functions
