About The Position
Westaff is looking for energetic Material Handlers to support kitting, packing, labeling, and general material movement in a light-industrial production environment in Westborough, MA. This role is for immediate start.
Requirements
- Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Responsibilities
- Perform kitting and packing of small and large parts
- Bag, box, and label materials according to instructions
- Conduct general inspection of parts and materials
- Move materials using mobile carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Work from verbal and written instructions
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Collaborate effectively with team members in groups of 2–8
- Support light, entry‑level assembly tasks as needed
