About The Position

Requirements

- Ability to load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
- Ability to convey materials from storage or work-sites to designated area.
- Ability to attach identifying tags or labels to materials.
- Ability to mark information on cases, bales, or other containers.
- Ability to designate location for new products, expand locations, and maintain overstock locations.
- Ability to receive and forward non-stock items to correct departments.
- Ability to operate forklift.
- Ability to ensure raw materials are stocked daily using proper storage and handling procedures.
- Ability to keep outgoing list of new product locations or which products have been moved.
- Ability to unpack and examine incoming shipments.
- Ability to reject damaged items.
- Ability to record shortages.
- Ability to correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
- Ability to route items to correct departments.

Responsibilities

- Designate location for new products; expand locations and maintain overstock locations.
