About The Position

Litehouse Foods is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Material Handler II to work at its Hurricane, Utah facility. Litehouse is a 100% employee-owned food manufacturing company producing refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese. The position works the second shift, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Starting pay is $19.97 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for the second shift. Applicants must be able to pass a background check. Litehouse does not offer sponsorship.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
Forklift experience is preferred; certification can be provided if needed.
Ability to work in a cool, refrigerated environment.
Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
Pick and stack customer orders and accurately and safely receive vendor shipments.
Maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems.
Follow proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards.
Keep workspaces clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties.
Follow Food Safety and Quality policies.
Work overtime and weekends as required.
