About The Position

The Material Handler II supports GXO's warehouse operations and supply chain services by moving materials and inventory through the facility, constructing packaging boxes, picking merchandise, verifying orders, labeling products, and using a handheld scanner. The position is scheduled Thursday through Saturday and every alternating Wednesday, from 6:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The role requires warehouse experience, knowledge of warehouse management systems, and the ability to perform physical work in hot or cold warehouse environments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as a material handler.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed.
