About The Position

As a Material Handler II at Arvato, you will operate powered industrial equipment, primarily a reach truck, to transport component materials between production departments and staging or storage locations. You will use SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs and move finished and semi-finished goods from production departments to shipping or other appropriate locations. The position also involves inspecting materials, processes, and finished goods; recording results; identifying quality issues; and supporting customer specifications, audits, and continuous improvement. Additional shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks may be required.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience operating a reach truck.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) pertaining to warehouse activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment, primarily a reach truck, to transport component materials between production departments and staging or storage locations.
• Use SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs.
• Transport finished and semi-finished goods from production departments to shipping or other appropriate locations.
• Perform quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished goods.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials.
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service level expectations.
• Support audits, process checks, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed.
